What is Depression?

Depression is more than normal feelings of sadness, clinical depression leads to feelings of pessimism, despair and an inability to cope. People with depression suffer in many areas of their lives, it interferes with their ability to work, sleep, eat well and enjoy once pleasurable activities. It can be devastating to concerned family and friends.
